Reviews
One of the best Japanese restaurants in London. Been established for long time for a good reason. Price was on the pricey side but it reflects on the quality and freshness of the fish and food. If you want authentic and traditional Japanese food, this is the place. Staff were very detailed-minded and very welcoming.
One of the best experience that I’ve ever had! You can eat the unique flavors of traditional Japanese cuisine in a minimalist restaurant, away from ostentation. The products are very fresh and premium quality. Especially their sukiyaki, sushi, udon and ice creams are incredible. I will visit again and again.
Excellent Japanese food in the heart of Mayfair. Immaculate service and well worth the price. One of the oldest family owned Japanese restaurant and a wonderful institution. Great for sushi but also other japanese dishes.
A brisk welcome and shown to our traditional plain table and offered a reasonably priced selection drinks and wines. The sashimi was generous portion and very very fresh. The authentic Japanese eel followed then came shabu shabu. Our host took great care at the cooking at the table and the presentation of this dish.
Had a really good Sushi Lunch Menu: tasty miso salad, high quality fish (surprised by how good the egg was), miso soup was one of the best I ever had. Perhaps could have been more generous with the fruit amount but overall great experience. The Chef and the staff are very well-mannered and nice. Service is immaculate and the food is delicious. I’d say it’s worth the steep price tag. Though I wish there were more options involving carbs! Highly recommend
Authentic Japanese restaurant. Price is very high but quality is also high. Well trained staffs and full of Japanese atmospheres. worth to pay for Japanese living abroad and missing home or would like to try Japanese food, not only sushi.
I didn't make a reservation for lunch but it was full after 12:30. Might be better to make a reservation before visit.
I think this is the best Japanese authentic restaurant in London. Lunch set around £3x. Dinner is expensive here. Around £100-120 per person depend on what dishes and sushi ordered.
